Age Concern MRR Men's Shed is proud to support the Lucy Rayner Foundation

Wooden Crates lovingly crafted by our Men's Shed members

When Emma from Lucy Rayner put a call for help out to supply wooden crates, our Men's Shed members were only too pleased to help out another well loved local charity supporting mental health.

The Age Concern Men’s Shed supports older men by providing a welcoming space where they can gather, chat, learn & share skills, and work on practical woodworking projects. The Men's Shed helps combat loneliness and social isolation, fostering camaraderie and a sense of purpose among it's members. Participants can work at their own pace on personal or group projects, with access to tools and resources. We emphasise inclusivity, safety, and social interaction, and a good supply of coffee and tea.
